Need to send us products for service? Read this!
Never send us products without contacting us first, this is especially
important for customers outside the European Union! We reserve the right to
refuse reception of any and all unannounced shipments, goods will be returned to
sender at the senders expense. This policy is in place due to excessive cost
and labor in handling poorly packaged and incorrectly customs declared
shipments.
Contacting us prior to returning goods for service gives us a chance
to prepare for a smooth and timely service. Please provide detailed descriptions
of service requirements and fault indications. When claiming warranty repair,
please provide sales information for warranty confirmation.
